8×8 – 8×8 is a cloud solutions provider that works with organizations worldwide with a client roster that includes companies such as McDonald’s and Regus. They also offer an entry-level video conferencing platform that can be accessed here.

While these free platforms come with limitations, it’s likely they’ll be adequate to meet the needs of a small team for this limited time of necessary remote work. 2. Poly Work From Home Solutions

Poly (previously Polycom) is a global communications company that provides products for voice and video communication as well as solutions for utilization with Microsoft Teams and Zoom. These packages vary and are suitable for a variety of positions within the average organization ranging from the office coordinator to a connected executive.

3. Crestron Work From Home Solutions

Crestron is a leader in the world of automation technology but they also offer premium solutions for collaboration. Starting with their platform-agnostic Mercury system which in conjunction with your personal computer and a display (or an HDMI ready computer monitor or television), pairs an included USB camera and enhances your ability to video or phone conference from your office or your home. If your organization has standardized on either Microsoft Teams or Zoom, you can consider utilizing the Crestron Flex system which will not require connecting your computer and will pair an included USB camera with a connection to your computer monitor or television in your house and allow you to participate in Zoom or Team meetings (depending on which your company uses).
